  • Note: These details are required for all contributions exceeding $50 per election cycle to the DC Office of Campaign Finance (OCF).

  • SMS / Text Messaging Data (Strict Privacy): Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. TEXT MESSAGING (SMS) POLICY

If you opt-in to receive campaign and donation messages from Talib for DC:

  • Consent: By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive periodic automated campaign updates and fundraising alerts.

  • Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message.

  • Help: For support, reply HELP or email info@talibfordc.com.

  • Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

5. ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICS
